I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
Age Restriction:
By commissioning me, you affirm that you are 18+ or have parental/guardian consent.
Content Restrictions:
I will NOT create content involving: GORE, VORE, NSFW, hatespeech or hyper-realistic.
For commercial purposes the prices listed will not apply and will need to be negociated.

🐇PAYMENT TERMS🐇

Payment Process:
Payment is made via PayPal.
Full payment must be made upfront.
Once the payment is confirmed, I will start working on the comission.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be provided; HOWEVER, please note that depending on the payment method, such as PayPal, fees will apply and affect the refunded amount. Make sure you are certain about proceeding with the commission before making a payment.

🐇PROCESS & REVISION🐇

Commission Process:
-You will receive updates during key stages (sketch, line art, coloring).
-Small adjustments can be made free of charge during these stages. All preview images will include a watermark; only the final piece will be delivered without it.
-Up to two major changes are allowed at each key stage. Any additional major changes beyond that will be subject to a fee of 10% of the total commission price per change.
Completion Time:
The turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the commission and my workload, but one to two weeks is typically expected. This timeframe may change due to unforeseen incidents or events, when it happens i'll warn as soon as possible.

🐇USAGE RIGHTS🐇

Artist Rights:
I retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork unless explicitly stated otherwise.
I will ask to display the artwork in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials.Client Rights:
Personal use is permitted (e.g., profile pictures, wallpapers).
Post the art on any other social network as long you give credit.Prohibited Actions:
Claiming the artwork as your own.
Minting the artwork as an NFT or using it for AI training.
Commercial use (e.g., merchandise, branding) is NOT allowed unless agreed upon and purchased separately.
