- I will NOT create content involving: GORE, VORE, NSFW, hate speech or hyper-realistic.

PAYMENT TERMS

METHOD & CURRENCY:
- Payments are accepted via PayPal only.UPFRONT POLICY:
- Full payment must be made upfront.
- Work will only commence once the payment is confirmed.REFUND:- 100% Refund: If work has not started.- 50% Refund: If the project is in the Sketch/Draft phase.- No Refund Once the Lineart or Rigging process has begun.NOTE:
- PayPal transaction fees are non-refundable as they are kept by the platform.
- Please ensure you are committed to the commission before paying.

PROCESS & REVISION

WORKFLOW STAGES:
- Art: Sketch > Lineart & Flat Colors > Final Rendering.NOTE: You will receive updates at the end of each stage for approval.REVISION:- Included Revisions: Up to two (2) major changes(pose, outfit, hair style) are allowed during the Sketch stage free of charge.- Minor Adjustments: Small tweaks (color shifts, small detail fixes) are free during their respective stages.- Late Revisions: Once a stage is approved and I have moved to the next one, going back to change previous elements (e.g., changing the pose during the coloring stage) will incur a fee of 10% of the total price per change.COMPLETION & DELIVERY:- Turnaround Time: Typically 1 to 2 weeks. This timeframe starts after the payment is confirmed and all references are received.- Delays: I will notify you immediately of any unforeseen delays (illness, technical issues, or emergency).- Client Response: Please note that the deadline may be extended if the client takes more than 24 hours to approve a stage.- Final Files: Previews are watermarked. Final, high-resolution, and unwatermarked files are delivered only after the project is finished and approved.

USAGE RIGHTS

ARTIST RIGHTS:
- I retain full copyright and ownership of the artwork.- I reserve the right to display the commissioned work in my portfolio and social media for promotional purposes.- Credit must be clearly visible (e.g., in your Twitch "About" section or Twitter bio) as the creator of the art/rigging.CLIENT RIGHTS:
- You may use the artwork for any non-profit personal use (wallpapers, profile pictures, etc.).- You are allowed to use the artwork (VTuber models, thumbnails, overlays) for streaming and video content creation(Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, etc).- You may post the artwork on social media, provided that credit is given to the artist.PROHIBITED ACTIONS:
- Commercial use for physical or digital products (selling stickers, shirts, prints, or sub-emotes) is NOT allowed unless a Commercial License is purchased separately.- Using the artwork for AI training/datasets or minting it as an NFT is strictly prohibited.- You may not claim the design or artwork as your own.PRIVACY
- If the commission is for a secret project or a VTuber debut, please provide a specific date or timeframe for the reveal. If no date is provided, I will wait a reasonable amount of time before showcasing the work.- A fee may apply if you require the artwork to remain hidden from my portfolio for an extended period or indefinitely.
